Hospitalist job located in Missouri

Enterprise Medical is partnering with a healthcare system just north of Springfield, MO, to welcome a hospitalist to its growing team.

Position Highlights:

• Block-scheduled, daytime-only role with 12-hour shifts
• 15 shifts per month (180 hours total) supporting a predictable work–life balance
• Open ICU model with robust in-person intensivist backup and strong APP support
• Additional remote intensivist coverage available for real-time monitoring and co-management of complex patients
• Average of 20+ patient contacts per shift
• Consistent referrals from 14 primary care offices across an eight-county service area

Compensation & Benefits:

• Quarterly RVU bonuses plus an annual quality bonus
