- 7-on/7-off daytime block schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
- Established hospitalist team with APP assistance
- Open ICU is co-managed; procedure skills are not mandatory but preferred
- Reasonable patient census average of 17 for rounding and admissions
- Will consider IM and FM physicians available now upon licensure and credentialing
- Excellent salary plus bonus incentives for $300k+ in income; full benefits package
