- Rotating block schedule of 4 on/4 off; 12-hour shifts
- Internal medicine or family medicine with current hospitalist experience
- Join a stable program of 7 hospitalists
- On-site daycare is available to all providers
- Open ICU setting; vent management is required (willing to retrain if needed)
- Starting base salary of $275k - $325k (plus a bonus)
