Hospitalist job located in Westchester C , New York
Job Description
The role is structured as 90% administrative and 10% clinical.
Key responsibilities include: Team Management: Hiring, scheduling, performance management, and oversight of both physicians and APPs.
TStrategic Alignment: Setting departmental goals in coordination with hospital leadership and reporting on key metrics.
TEnsuring high-quality patient care, accurate and timely documentation, and investigating/resolving departmental complaints.
THours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (or similar), with a required on-site presence during business hours. Compensation: $400K+ base salary plus performance bonuses and a full benefits package.

- Board certified in internal medicine
- Experience leading a large team of 50 plus hospitalists
- Active NY license preferred
- Availability to start within the next 2 - 4 months is ideal
