Nocturnist and Hospitalists needed on the beaches of NC

Our client on the coast of North Carolina is actively recruiting for Hospitalists, and nocturnists. Unfortunately, they cannot sponsor visa candidates. Due to steady growth of their community, and the expanded utilization of their Hospitalist team, they are seeking a physicians to join established practice of 22 physicians and 4 Physician Assistants. They work a 7 on/7 off schedule. Our team is supported by excellent sub-specialty care and 24/7 Critical Care coverage. Competitive compensation and benefits with a guaranteed salary and incentive package.

The nocturnist averages 10-12 admits per night, with the PA doing rounding. There is no requirement to do central lines, vent management, or running codes. They have 24/7 Critical Care coverage, and Tele-stroke at night along with a residency program. The ICUs are not closed, however any patients on vents should be consulting with Pulmonary/CC. The hospital is a not-for-profit health care system serving southeastern North Carolina and northeastern South Carolina. A teaching hospital, regional referral center, and Level 2 Trauma Center, the facility is dedicated to providing a wide range of health care services.
