- Nocturnist schedule -- 7 on/7 off rotation
- Night shifts 8pm - 6am weekdays, 6pm - 6am weekends
- Patient load: 5 - 14 admissions per shift, averaging 8
- Census range: 85 - 130 patients, averaging 100
- Closed ICU setting with code team response
- Board certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
