- Daytime hours 7 am - 3 pm with pager availability until 7 pm
- Lead a team of 6 hospitalist physicians and support staff
- Flex role supporting overflow census and complex cases
- 18-patient cap per provider with Medical Director doing less
- Leadership experience preferred for this medical director role
- Board-certified IM or FP with hospitalist experience required
- Nonprofit hospital reinvesting revenue in technology and staff
