Hospitalist job located in Cincinnati, Ohio

This Indiana Nocturnist position (7 on / 14 off) is open to both Internists and Family Medicine physicians. Typical seven on and seven off schedule with nights only. The doctors cover a new 218-bed hospital with a 30-bed critical care unit and open-heart program. The medical staff is made up of over 200 physicians, 90% of whom are board certified. Less than one hour to both Cincinnati and Indianapolis. Salary of $300,000 - only working 17 weeks out of the year.  Sign-on bonus of $75,000.  Low evening patient census.  Block Scheduling plus another twenty one days off per year. Work only 23 weeks per year (44% of the time)..  Position is a 7 on / 7 off schedule + additional time off.  Required to run codes, procedures not required.  open ICU and hospitalists are not required to do procedures..  Hospitalists run codes by themselves (with a team)..  EPIC in use for EMR.
