Hospitalist Physician opportunity in Eugene, OR

Position Highlights:
- 113-bed community healthcare provider with a staff of over 300 healthcare professionals, offering inpatient, outpatient care, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care.
- We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and tele-ICU support at night.
- We serve an underserved population, and we actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
- Full time is 15Day Shifts per month or 180 shifts/year
- Block schedule or flexible schedule
- 3 physicians on during the day with 2 APPs; 1 physician on at night; 1 APP on at night
- Path to Partnership program for employed physicians – at year 2, partnership is evaluated, and partners can double their productivity bonuses

- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
