- 5-on/5-off day block schedule; 10.5-hour shifts
- Closed ICU and no procedures
- Large hospitalist team during each shift plus assistance from APPs
- Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2025 residents
- H-1B visas are welcome (cap exempt)
