- 7-on/7-off day block schedule from 7 am - 7 pm; nocturnists cover nights
- There are 3 hospitalists on each day shift, with an average of 12 - 15 patients for each
- Hospitalists cover codes and rapid response
- Open ICU with intensivist coverage onsite
- Salary of $300k+, RVU and quality bonuses, and a full benefits package
- Open to IM and FM physicians available now and to 2025 residents
- Western Tennessee community located 45 minutes from Jackson and 90 minutes from Memphis
