- A highly motivated Hospitalist is needed to serve as Assistant Facility Medical Director at a 479-bed academic facility

Position Highlights:
· Manageable daily census: 15–18 patients
· Closed ICU with no procedures required plus ICU code team support
· EPIC EMR
· Flexible scheduling
· Flat hourly rate + RVUs + $10/hour quality bonus potential
· Optional home call ($500/night, 1 week every 6 weeks)
· Monthly AFMD stipend of $4,000 ($48K/year)
· $30K sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
· $7,500 relocation assistance for those moving to the area
· Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Estimated Total Compensation:
Earn approximately $330K+ annually working days only, with potential to reach $360K+ with home call coverage — plus leadership stipend, bonuses, and more
