Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Utah | 12-Hour Day or Swing Shifts | Immediate and Ongoing Coverage | Assignment #111806

Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- October – eight open day shifts, two open swing shifts 
-- November – 11 open day shifts, three open swing shifts 
-- December – 20 open day shifts 
-- January – 11 open days shifts and three open swing shifts
-- Approximately 15 shifts per month (12-hour shifts but can leave earlier if work is done)
-- Facility hiring multiple candidates

Shift Description:
-- Day shifts, some swing shifts
-- No nights

Requirements:
-- Board Certified
-- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
-- Must be licensed in Utah or IMLC
-- At least 12 patient contact hours

Assignment Details:
-- Average number of patients per shift: 12-15
-- EMR: Epic
