Hospitalist job located in Vermont

An award-winning, independent, 144-bed community hospital serving central and southern Vermont is adding a Hospitalist. They are the second-largest hospital in Vermont, with a large service area and an emergency department that receives 32,000 annual patient visits.

About the Opportunity:

• Day shifts
• Maintain quality of care with an average daily census of 14 patients with seasonal variation.
• Balanced Shifts: 10-hour shifts (7:00 am-5:00 pm for rounding or 11:00 am-9:00 pm for admitting), totaling 14 shifts per 28-day cycle with 2 weeks of vacation.
• No ICU or Procedures: Our ICU is physician-run and closed; you will have no ICU or bedside procedure responsibilities.
• Work in a supportive team environment alongside Case Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and award-winning Nurses.
