Position Summary:

We are seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team, providing high-quality hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology services across two leading facilities in Washington:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist care.

  • Support MFM and OB providers with deliveries, surgical assists, and obstetric emergencies.

  • Manage obstetric triage, including emergencies such as ectopic pregnancies and ovarian torsions.

  • Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, supporting the ER.

  • Engage in teaching and mentorship for OB fellows and family medicine residents.

  • Collaborate closely with MFM teams and participate in quality initiatives.

  • Participate in academic and educational activities.
     

Shift & Call Information:

  • Shifts: 6–8 shifts/month

  • Shift Length: 24 hours each

  • Weekend Requirements: Not explicitly stated; weekend shifts likely included due to rotating schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

Certifications & Licensing:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency) – REQUIRED

  • Active Washington State Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
     

Experience:

  • OB/GYN Hospitalist experience – Preferred

  • Clean malpractice and licensing history – Highly Preferred
