Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician for a career-transforming opportunity in northwestern Connecticut.Reporting to the Division Director of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include: Inpatient consultations Outpatient consultation including outpatient HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the Hospital Epidemiology programs Assist with Antimicrobial Stewardship program System-wide collaboration with over 20 ID physician colleagues that meet monthly Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients Shared call with other ID physicians The Community:Working in this northwestern Connecticut city offers several geographical advantages that enhance the overall professional experience.
