The facility requires board-certified infectious disease coverage as a full-time employee is taking vacation. This inpatient setting provides comprehensive infectious disease services with established protocols for patient care management and nursing support.

The infectious disease physician will provide comprehensive inpatient coverage with 8-10 daily consults and rounding on 8-10 census patients. The position requires 24-hour call coverage Monday through Sunday with board certification and prescriptive authority. The clinician will work collaboratively with nursing staff and utilize EPIC EMR system for all documentation and patient care coordination.
