These centers focus on delivering high-quality, value-based health and wellness services to the Medicare population—improving outcomes, managing medical costs, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

• Employed position offering above-market compensation, including a competitive base salary with no RVU targets and a quality-based bonus structure
• Outpatient-only practice — no hospital or weekend call
• Small patient panels that support continuity of care and meaningful physician-patient relationships

Ideal Candidates

• Passionate about value-based care and improving outcomes for senior populations
• Collaborative, patient-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional care experience
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
• MD or DO with an active or eligible Arizona medical license
