Internal Medicine-Geriatrics Agency job located in California

• Deliver and oversee comprehensive medical care: assessments, diagnosis, and chronic condition management.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members including physicians, advanced practice providers, and care staff.

Our client is seeking a mission-driven Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical services within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. This full-time, onsite role in Compton, CA supports an interdisciplinary team providing holistic, patient-centered care for the elderly. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical practice, 2+ years of PACE leadership or physician experience, and a passion for innovative geriatric care.

Required Skills

• Doctorate (MD/DO) and active California license

• DEA, CDS, AHA BLS certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• 5+ years practicing as a physician

• 2+ years of experience with PACE and geriatric care
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Home Health, Internal Medicine, Complex Care, or Palliative Care

• Prior Medical Director experience

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
   

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000/year

• Target: $275,000/year

• Potential performance bonuses
