Our client is seeking a mission-driven Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical services within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. This full-time, onsite role in Compton, CA supports an interdisciplinary team providing holistic, patient-centered care for the elderly. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical practice, 2+ years of PACE leadership or physician experience, and a passion for innovative geriatric care.

Required Skills

Doctorate (MD/DO) and active California license

DEA, CDS, AHA BLS certifications

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

5+ years practicing as a physician

2+ years of experience with PACE and geriatric care
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Home Health, Internal Medicine, Complex Care, or Palliative Care

Prior Medical Director experience

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
Salary and Benefits

Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000/year

Target: $275,000/year
