PACE Medical Director

Our client is seeking a dedicated PACE Medical Director to lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee clinical operations, drive quality initiatives, and foster collaboration among healthcare providers to ensure exceptional care for program participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions for PACE participants.

• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and adherence to clinical guidelines.

• Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of healthcare staff.

• Oversee Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Improvement (PI) programs.

• Monitor utilization management trends and implement interventions to optimize participant health outcomes.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community physicians and healthcare providers.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• On-site presence required at the clinic, in the community, or in participants’ homes as needed

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential on-call responsibilities
