Job Description
PACE Medical Director
Our client is seeking a dedicated PACE Medical Director to lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee clinical operations, drive quality initiatives, and foster collaboration among healthcare providers to ensure exceptional care for program participants.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions for PACE participants.

Ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of healthcare staff.

Oversee Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Improvement (PI) programs.

Monitor utilization management trends and implement interventions to optimize participant health outcomes.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community physicians and healthcare providers.
Schedule & Shift Details

Full-time, 40 hours per week

On-site presence required at the clinic, in the community, or in participants’ homes as needed

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential on-call responsibilities
