Primary Care Physician - 3 to 5 Days a Week

Group is hiring a Primary Care Physician 3-5 days a week to care for adults 65+. This isn't urgent care or a revolving door - it's longitudinal, relationship-based primary care for Shasta County seniors, with paid administrative time built into your week. Your own panel, your own patients, your day spent practicing medicine.
The Role
- Manage your own panel scaled to your FTE. Goal 1500 patients for full time.
- 8 clinical hours per scheduled day plus ~1 paid administrative hour per day. Charting is compensated, not absorbed.
- ~2-2.5 patients per clinical hour - unhurried visits with time to think, not just react.
- AI-assisted charting plus built-in CCM, APCM, and RPM infrastructure - production credit and compensation for care coordination you're already doing.
Compensation: $300,000 - $500,000+
Four engines - guaranteed floor, paid admin time, production upside, and a performance bonus. Transparent by design.
- Hourly Base: $125/hour for every paid hour, clinical and administrative. Your floor, always, regardless of panel size or volume.
- Administrative Time Bonus: 1 paid admin hour per 8 clinical hours at $125/hr - built into your schedule, not squeezed out of it.
- Greater-Of Monthly wRVU: Each month you earn whichever is higher - your guaranteed base or wRVU production at $20/wRVU. Production only adds; you are never penalized for a slower ramp.
- Annual Quality Bonus: Up to $15,000 at 1.0 FTE.
Hourly base and administrative time bonus are guaranteed cash; wRVU production and the performance bonus add upside on top.

o 401(k): 100% employer match up to 6% of eligible comp, eligible after 90 days.
o CME & Professional: $3,000/year for CME, dues, licensure, and DEA renewal.
o PTO: 1 hour accrued per 13 clinical hours (~96 hrs/year at 0.75 FTE; ~128 hrs/year at 1.0 FTE), with voluntary annual cash-out up option.
o Malpractice, CA License & DEA Fees: Employer-paid in full.
o Schedule Flexibility: 3-5 clinical days/week - set at contract signing, protected by written agreement.

o MD or DO with active CA license (or eligibility); board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
o Active DEA
