Organization offers:
Continuity-based primary care under an integrated, physician-driven model which includes ancillary services such as home health, hospice, podiatry, radiology, diagnostics, DME, laboratory, and pharmacy.
Competitive Annual base salary plus quarterly bonus incentives with income potential of $215+
Part and full time openings (3 – 5 days per week schedule options in most locations)
Comprehensive benefit package including 401K with match
Annual stipend for CME and licensure/association dues, and Up-to-date for your tablet and phone.
Two year contract with 60 days’ notice from both parties
