Primary Care Physician opportunity in Elizabethtown, KY

Great opportunity to join an interdisciplinary medical team solving complex medical problems in an inpatient rehabilitation facility that offers flexible weekday hours. You will also provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners.

Position Highlights:

• Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
• Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and others
• Monday through Friday
• Base plus productivity compensation model paid bi-weekly

Qualifications:

• Primary care experience required
• Inpatient rehab facility experience a plus

• Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in process
