Primary Care Physician – Outpatient
Lynn, MA | Value-Based Care

Join a patient-focused, value-based primary care practice in Lynn, MA, dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model

• Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload

• New physicians start with ~100 patients and ramp up gradually

• See approximately 18 patients per day

• Monday–Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week

• Limited call responsibilities

Exceptional Clinical Support

• Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers

• Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs

• Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics

• Must be bi-lingual in Spanish
