We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Part-Time NJ licensed Primary Care Physician to join our integrative and modern medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of primary care, with a passion for holistic health and patient-centered approaches. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and utilize advanced clinical techniques to promote optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history assessments, to determine health status and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to document patient encounters, manage medical records, and coordinate care.
  • Perform procedures as needed, including suturing, basic wound care, and administering IV infusions or immunizations in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with specialists across disciplines such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, and pulmonology to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
  • Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing integrative healthcare practices.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a primary care physician or family medicine practitioner.
  • Proven experience in outpatient settings with familiarity in medical office operations and patient service delivery.
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and care coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with procedures including suturing, basic wound management, and airway management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of specialties such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, pulmonology, and others listed is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their health conditions.
