COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)

Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of (Login for Information), identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Up to $265K annual salary
- $50K Signing bonus
- Up to $25K in annual year-end bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits with 28 days of PTO, 5% match on 401K, and $3500 CME allowance
- 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance
- $20K relocation assistance
- 100% Outpatient - primary focus on Geriatrics patient-population
- Preventative care focus on Chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization
- Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
- Patient-focused, small patient panel - 450 patients max
- Monday - Friday shift-schedule; No Weekend, No Call
- Dedicated care team for full PCP support, as well as Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray
