- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance effective on your first day of employment.
- A 4-week Physician Learning Journey to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work with an integrated care team that includes NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacy support, lab services, and specialist referral support.
- Low patient census (average 10-12 per day) to allow for quality care and time with patients.
- Thoughtfully designed clinics with wider hallways, larger exam rooms for family visits, and adaptable exam tables to meet diverse patient needs.
- Occurrence-based malpractice coverage for added peace of mind.
- Competitive salary and bonus structure with first-year earnings of $300K+ (higher for experienced physicians).
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the state of practice
