Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in Coastal TX city near Corpus Christi with Sign-On Bonus!
Excellent opportunity for a TX licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice in Rockport, TX. Rockport is located on the Texas Gulf Coast and has access to beautiful beaches, fishing opportunities and water sports. Despite being a popular tourist destination, Rockport maintains a small town feel. It's a tight-knit community where people know their neighbors and enjoy a slower pace of life.

This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.

- Mon - Friday schedule no weekends
- Average 10-12 patients per day
- Guaranteed base salary plus bonus

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
