Geriatrics Physician Locums Job in Vermont | Full Time | Assignment #110529

Coverage: One MD with Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine and with preference (not required) of Geriatric experience. Full Time, three Months with Potential for Extension. Beginning as Soon as Credentialed.

Shift Details:  
--Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (preferred) 
--Options: Monday – Thursday, 8am - 5pm 
--On call (negotiable) 

Requirements:
--Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Certifications  
--Geriatric fellowship, will except experience over fellowship 
--Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations 
--Certifications: BLS 

Assignment Details:
--Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting 
--No supervisions required, however APP may need to consult with them 
--EMR: Point Click Care and EPIC 
--Patients Per Shift: 8 - 12 
--Support Staff: 1 
--Working alongside: APPs and MDs
