Looking to practice where your Med/Peds training and background is not only supported but encouraged? Joining this team of 6 Med/Peds-trained physicians at a leading non-profit in Illinois might be the answer.
Position Highlights:
Collaborate and receive mentoring from their established IM/Ped trained physician team
Find your ideal balance between pediatric and adult patients in your practice
4-day work week + 42 Days Off- unmatched paid time off for incredible work/life balance
Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, notes, and after-hours calls
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $295,000 + ~$15,000+ in annual quality bonuses + additional earning potential from wRVUs = $310,000+ year one
$210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
