Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job | Beginning ASAP & Ongoing| Assignment #108065

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm to include 9 clinic sessions and 1 admin to complete charts daily

No Call Coverage

Details/Requirements:
--Board certified in Internal Medicine (not accepting FM boarded providers at this time)
--Must have an active Arizona license or an active IMLC
--Must have an Arizona DEA and certified in BLS and ACLS
--Practice is made up of: Adult clinic 75% and Adult Geriatric 25%
--Average number of clinic patients per physician per day is 18-20
--Patient population is 18 years+
--No hospital coverage - Clinic only
--Clinic is ambulatory work in a primary care practice
--Chronic disease management
--Acute care Hospital follow-up
--AWV
--Inbox management
