Urgent Care Physician Yucca Valley, CA

We are looking for an Urgent Care Physician in our Urgent Care clinic in Yucca Vally, CA. Our state-of-the-art office is growing, and we need to add another compassionate Urgent Care Physician to our well-respected team. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, leadership and teamworking abilities, and has a compassionate and caring approach to working with patients and their families.

We work closely with our patients to help them with their urgent care needs. Our patients’ health is our priority, and when families partner with us, they can be rest assured knowing it’s theirs too. We provide a vast array of services to help serve our community, from acute illness, physicals, lab tests, and our team is there to provide high quality care in a courteous and efficient manner. We have a state-of-the-art facility with digital imaging and X-ray machines, so we can quickly assess injury or illnesses. We also have EKG’s, spirometers, and many other diagnostic and therapeutic equipment to help our team provide the best diagnosis and treatment possible.

Duties: 

• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests within an urgent care setting.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining patients' information and histories.
• Prescribing and administering treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized urgent medical care.
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients and family members.
• Directing, coordinating, consulting with, and referring patients to nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
• Diagnosing and treating urgent illnesses, acute medical conditions, and injuries.

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Family Practice, ER, or Internal Medicine with the ability to see patients of all ages
• MD/DO Licensed to practice in CA

Salary (range):

• $110-$140/hr
