Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary and acute care services to veteran patients in an outpatient setting
- Provide same day care and coverage for other PACT providers as needed
- Collaborate with mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants)
- Demonstrate clinical competence in history-taking, examination, diagnosis, therapeutic ability, emergencies, patient management, consultations, and record keeping
- Participate in Process Improvement/Quality Assurance projects and other administrative duties
- Maintain patient treatment records and compliance with VA healthcare documentation standards
- Engage performance measures and process improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration with supervisory and frontline staff to improve clinic operations
- Experience or interest in Women’s Health preferred

Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license

Benefits and Features:
- Salary Range: $270,000 – $315,000
- PTO: 50–55 days of PTO annually (26/13 days of annual/sick leave, 11 holidays)
