Job Description:
 

  1. Schedule is 4 days in clinic covering 36 patient facing hours. The 5th day is more of a work from home/admin day for at least 4 hours.
  2. On-call is phone-only and shared in a 1:10 rotation.
  3. Integrated behavioral health on site.
  4. Ancillary services within the facility include: lab, x-ray, cardiac rehab, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy.
  5. Care-team model with RN and clinical MAs that help with inbasket support.
  6. Adult and Geriatric patients
  7. 2 Physicians in practice; 1 APPs
  8. 14-16 patients per day
  9. EMR: Epic
  10. 90-day credentialing timeframe
  11. Not accepting new 2026+ graduates.
  12. Minimum 3 years of experience and leadership background to support leadership component of position is preferred.
  13. Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
  14. Cannot accept visa candidates
  15. Must be interested in Permanent placement (not accepting Locums)

Compensation and Benefits:
 

  1. The pay range for this full-time position is $238,000-$264,000 /annually.
  2. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
  3. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
  4. Retirement program comprised of a 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan.

  6. Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
  7. Paid malpractice.
