Internal Medicine job located in Colorado

Our organization is a premier Internal Medicine practice in Colorado Springs. We admit patients at both UCHealth and Common Spirit health systems. Our practice also cares for patients in El Paso County and Pueblo county skilled nursing facilities. We accept all insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, and CICP patients. We have practice discharge clinic which helps to manage discharge needs within the community after hospitalization which in turn decreases the readmission/rehospitalization rate. Both health systems use our post discharge clinic. Call will be one in four. We provide 3 weeks PTO and one week CME, 401K, health insurance and disability insurance.
