Job Description
A well-respected non-profit multi-specialty medical group in southwestern Connecticut is adding an Internal Medicine physician. We are taking part in an innovative program to improve primary care for our patients by working to become an Advanced Primary Care Practice, also known as a ?Patient-Centered Medical Home.?
