Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Port St. Lucie FL

We are seeking a motivated Primary Care Physician to join our integrated medical group full time in Port St. Lucie, FL. Our state-of-the-art integrated medical practices are located on the beautiful Treasure Coast of FL. The incoming physician must be proficient in primary care/chronic disease management, be able to see patients in a timely manner with continual schedule flow and be able to complete quality measures (charting, testing, compliance) while ensuring high quality patient care.

We do have a potential niche for concierge medicine in the area, whereas the doctor could make additional funds growing their own concierge patient base if they were so inclined. Ideally, the incoming physician is a board-certified MD/DO who shares our passion for wellness-focused healthcare with a strong interest in personalized care, aligning with our mission to deliver innovative and comprehensive care to our patients.

Duties:

• Patient Care to include primary care/chronic disease management
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care with a focus on wellness and preventive strategies.
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Meet all compliance and quality measures
• Make appropriate in office specialist referrals based on the patient's condition
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to deliver integrated care
• Supervisory capacity of PA/NPs as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to practice growth

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Program (MD/DO)
• BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• Medical license in FL
• Prefer a physician with at least 3-5 years clinical experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

Salary:

• $245k- $250k to start (potential to make additional funds if willing and able to take on concierge patients)
