We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician who shares our commitment to exceptional, personalized care in a modern concierge setting. The physician will manage a panel of patients, diagnosing, treating, and preventing internal medicine conditions, while emphasizing proactive health, lifestyle medicine, and longevity-focused care. The ideal candidate embraces innovation, practices a healthy lifestyle, and incorporates lifestyle counseling, nutritional strategies, and evidence-based supplement use into personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary care provider for a limited concierge panel

Manage acute and chronic conditions

Conduct comprehensive annual exams and lifestyle coaching

Provide direct patient care in-office; optional courtesy rounds at local hospitals

Respond to patient messages and calls promptly (24/7 availability expected except when on leave)

Collaborate with staff to coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience

Participate as a practice ambassador at community events

Maintain thorough documentation within the EMR system

A Typical Day Includes:

Chronic disease management, annual exams, routine follow-ups

Coaching on nutrition, fitness, stress, sleep, and aging well

Reviewing complex cases and staying current with medical literature

Direct communication with patients via text, phone, or portal

Leveraging tools like advanced labs, cardiac imaging, and genetic testing
Qualifications:

MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine
-
Active Florida license (or eligibility)
-
3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner
-
Interest or experience in lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and longevity care

Professional, adaptable, and tech-savvy
-
Clean malpractice history

Willingness to provide high-touch, concierge-level service

Comfortable working in a high-end setting with highly engaged patients
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $250,000–$300,000/year
