We are seeking a primary care physician to lead clinical operations for a growing practice focused on cognitive health, dementia prevention and treatment, brain health, and whole-person primary care. This physician leader will split time between direct patient care and medical leadership, maintaining clinical practice while overseeing the quality and delivery of care across the organization. Our client provides excellent primary care with a focus on treating the whole person, which includes brain health. The candidate has the option to be based in either Jacksonville or Sarasota, Florida.
Most patient care is traditional outpatient primary care, complemented by opportunities to incorporate cognitive health assessments, Alzheimer's risk reduction strategies, lifestyle interventions, and functional medicine approaches into individualized patient care plans.
Position Highlights
- Primarily outpatient primary care with leadership responsibilities including staff education and participation in organizational development.

Qualifications
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Interest in functional medicine, preventive care, cognitive health, and Alzheimer's prevention
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of, or be willing to relocate to, Sarasota or Jacksonville, Florida
