Job Description
A well-established leading healthcare organization in Illinois is looking for an internal medicine physician to grow their primary care team in this beautiful University Community in Central IL.
Position Highlights:
Collegial team of 30 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship
True 4-day work week with flexible hours for building your ideal schedule
Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, scribing, and after-hours calls
42 Days Off- unmatched paid time off for incredible work/life balance
Option to pick up hospitalist shifts if interested, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $304,000
Additional earning potential from wRVUs and ~$15,000 in annual quality bonuses
$200,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
