Job Description
A non-profit 25-bed independent community hospital in an award-winning Northwestern Illinois community is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement:
4-day workweek; 8-hour shifts
Average patient volume of 15 per day allows time for comprehensive care
Robust specialty support including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more
Interest in procedures can be supported (not required)
Competitive compensation up to $350,000
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME, and 401k
