Internal Medicine Other job located in Illinois

We are looking to expand our current practice which includes four Physicians and three nurse practitioners.  Our practice currently serves over 50+ nursing homes (both skilled and unskilled) and assisted living facilities throughout the Chicagoland area.  Eventually would like to get qualified candidate on staff at one Hospital.

Candidate will visit 1-2 facilities per day and work Monday thru Friday.
