Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations

• Collaborate with specialists for referrals or complex case management, including inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records
• Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes

Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure in Illinois
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
