Hospital and Practice

· Share 1:3 call with experience physicians who are open to cover schedule

· $10k relocation

· 4 Day Work Week

· 4 Weeks of Vacation

· Guaranteed Base Salary of $190,000 with an opportunity to earn much more

[Current Internists earning between $260,000 and $450,000 respectively]

• RVU based production model with a guaranteed salary plus RVU. Internists earning between $260k and $450k now
