Job Description
This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for an Internal Medicine physician to join their primary care group. This position offers strong compensation with excellent benefits, a flexible, 4-day work week, and dedicated support staff. Position Highlights
Practice Internal Medicine with a collaborative group.
4-day work week with just 32 clinical hours allow for a great work/life balance.
30-minute appointment lengths provide time to build relationships with your patients.
Limited 1:8 call with additional pay.
Experienced physicians available for mentorship.
Visa support.
Compensation Details:
On-going, guaranteed base salary up to $400,000 depending on experience.
Additional call pay with wRVU compensation brings total earning potential to $450K+.
6+ weeks of PTO plus 40+ hours of CME w/ $4,000 stipend.

Recruiting incentives with student loan repayment up to $30,000/year, signing bonus, retention bonus and more.
