A large, physician-led multispecialty clinic in Hutchinson, Kansas, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice alongside three experienced physicians. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a highly respected organization representing more than 35 specialties and 100 physicians, offering long-term stability and a clear career growth path.
Position Overview:
- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
- Clinic located directly across from the hospital
- Physician-owned, independent practice
- 4.5-day workweek supporting strong work-life balance
- 18-month track to partnership/stockholder
- Participation in the Kansas State Loan Repayment Program - up to $95,000 over 5 years
