Internal Medicine job located in Massachusetts

A Boston, Massachusetts area community health center affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital is adding an Internal Medicine physician.

About the opportunity:

• Join a team of 13 Providers, including Advanced Practice Providers
• Total outpatient
• Work schedule is?Monday-Friday?8:30 am - 5:00 pm?and one evening session until 8 pm
• Call averages every 13 weeks
• Average daily patient census:?7 patient appointments for each 4-hour session
• 1:1 ratio of MD to RN or LPN, additionally we have medical assistants to room patients and take vitals
• EPIC EMR
• Teaching opportunities
• Spanish fluency is helpful; however not required
• 2-year salary guarantee based on years of experience, then RVU compensation model
