Your Role & Rewards:
Competitive Guaranteed Salary: Starting at $299,999 plus
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Additional Performance Bonus: $17,940
CME Allowance to support ongoing professional growth
RVU Incentives: when you transition from the guaranteed base plan
The guaranteed base salary period allows you to enjoy a smooth start with no immediate RVU expectations—focus on learning, connecting, and settling into your new practice at your own pace.

Strong Advanced Practice Provider and Medical Assistant support
Work as part of a collaborative care team with seamless specialist access
