As a clinician in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities you work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and patients to provide the best quality of care to help patients achieve their best outcome and return home. In addition to a flexible work model and caring patient centered approach, (Login for Information) provides a 40-day orientation to all clinicians with assistance from our local and regional team, so you can be successful in reaching your career goals and feel confident in your practice.

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $52,074 to $62,489 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This is a flexible part-time position rounding a minimum of 2 weekends per month.
