$500,000+ comp/incentive package and include subspecialty interest in your practice at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in a lake community in Minnesota
Opportunity Details:
4-Day Work Week
Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model
Practice Internal Medicine with opportunity to include subspecialty, i.e., Endo, Cardiology, Rheum, etc.
Outstanding primary care group using Epic EMR at an award-winning critical access hospital with high physician engagement and retention
Compensation and Benefits Details:
$200,000 recruitment incentive package
$300,000+ Two-year base compensation and wRVU production bonus
$15,000 relocation assistance
$10,000 quality incentive
Paid medical insurance
Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401K + match, and more
